The Australian Homelessness Vulnerability Triage Tool is the tool we use to help service across CQ coordinate support for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The AHVTT also is the foundation for how we collect our data. 

The tool captures crucial health, housing, and homelessness information that shines a light on any system gaps or emerging trends across the region.

Advance to Zero is a campaign run by the Australian Alliance to End Homelessness. Through AtoZ, communities use a range of proven solutions including the by-name-list, a coordinated systems approach, prevention, and advocacy to ensure that the local housing and homelessness system can support more people into permanent housing than those coming into the system.
