CQ Zero: Ending Homelessness through data, collaboration, and community action

About CQ Zero

CQ Zero brings together the housing, health, and homelessness sectors to deliver a coordinated, data-driven response to homelessness across Central Queensland. Through strong community partnerships and the use of a shared assessment tool, we identify people experiencing homelessness and connect them with the right services and supports at the right time.

By working collectively and sharing information, we can provide holistic, person-centred support that addresses the complex factors contributing to homelessness. The data and insights gathered through this approach help us identify service gaps, measure progress, and advocate for meaningful health initiatives, improved resources, and broader systems change across the region.

Our Goal

To end rough sleeping in Central Queensland by 2035.

A Common Tool - AHVTT

Service Coordination
