CQ Zero: Ending Homelessness through data, collaboration, and community action

CQ Zero brings together the housing, health, and homelessness sectors to create a data‑driven, coordinated response to ending homelessness in Central Queensland. 

Using a shared assessment tool, we identify people experiencing homelessness and ensure they receive holistic, connected support. The insights we collect highlight service gaps and guide our advocacy for meaningful systems change across the region.

Our Goal: End rough sleeping in Central Queensland by 2035.
